Over the past 15 years Ventura has worked strategically with many of North America’s largest and well-known private equity companies. During this time Ventura has placed over 2000 Sales Executives and Leaders across more than 175 private equity-backed portfolio companies. Most of these portfolio companies are founder led organizations that are bought by our private equity partners with the goal to drive explosive growth organically and through acquisition. Ventura is often engaged within 90 days of the investment closing to help build and scale the sales organization. We are tasked with recruiting CRO’s, VP’s of Sales, BDR’s, Account Executives, Customer Success and Sales Operations.

Most of our private equity partners target a 3–5-year time horizon to 5x revenue and successfully exit. Ventura works with an extreme amount of urgency while not compromising on the quality of our candidates. We work strategically with Founders/CEO’s, Operating Partners, and Sales Excellence teams to deliver on very aggressive hiring mandates.

One of Ventura’s most strategic partnerships is with a New York City based private equity company with 7 funds and more than 110 portfolio companies under management.  Ventura started working with this PE firm in 2014 – beginning with one Account Executive search with a new portfolio company. That one search turned into 25 placements over 3 years and a successful exit of 10x their initial Investment.  8 Years later Ventura has now worked with over 60 companies with this private equity firm earning the right to be their GO-TO sales recruitment partner.
