Dave Cox is Managing Director of Ventura Recruiters Inc (VRI) and the Managing Director of VRI’s Private Equity Practice Group. Dave is responsible for leading VRI’s team of search professionals while managing many of the organization’s key client relationships. Dave also remains involved in VP and CRO Sales Leadership mandates with VRI’s leading clients predominantly in Private Equity. Dave believes strongly in building long term, trusted relationships with VRI clients and takes deep interest and care in the careers and lives of candidates he works with.

Prior to joining VRI Dave was in Sales and Sales Management with National Event Management, a North American leader in Consumer Trade Show Production.
