Lisa is instrumental to both managing client search engagements as well as contributing to new client acquisition. She carries overall responsibility for executing Sales and Sales Leadership search mandates with Ventura’s leading clients predominantly in the SaaS Technology space. Across our Private Equity Client Portfolio, Lisa’s broad industry expertise and scope includes Healthcare Solutions, Professional Services, Public Safety, Security and Telecom Solutions to name a few.  Lisa’s passion and expertise lies in finding good talent, fast, for early stage or smaller companies who need their story told in the market to attract the best sales talent.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts Honors Degree from Western University and has a broad understanding of the Technology Industry and deep knowledge of the competitive Enterprise Software landscape.
