Tara’s extensive industry expertise spans a broad range of technology and Industrial client sectors including Information Technology, Financial Services, Managed Facilities Services and Telecommunications and Manufacturing verticals.  Tara’s focus includes the acquisition of new clients and growth of Ventura’s existing client base across North America, while also executing search mandates for executive and senior Sales roles across North American.

Prior to joining Ventura, Tara held several Sales and Sales Leadership roles at Xerox Corp., Canon Inc., as well as within the Financial Services community with Royal Bank.

Tara is a graduate of the Schulich School of Business and holds an MBA in Strategic Market Management and Finance, a Chartered Financial Planning designation, and a Certificate in Leadership from the Centre of Creative Leadership in North Carolina.  Outside of recruiting, she is an avid athlete and has completed numerous marathons and triathlons and is enjoying raising her young family.
